How can we create sacred spaces to commune with our creator during our daily routine? This workshop invites to a contemplative lifestyle in which the focus is on relationship rather than spiritual performance. We’ll give an overview to contemplative prayer, explain practices including the Examen, that we will practice together. Please bring pen/sheet to workshop.
