What practices have we experienced that are out of bounds, shady, and downright off-putting? Have you run into these cretins? Scammers? Rip off artists? We have (ugh) 🤬.

Then the conversation turns to returning records - when is the "right time" to return a record to a seller: private, online, or even a direct-to-consumer exchange? 🤔
