Black History Month: Windrush 75 the Playlist

Throughout October Virgin Radio has been celebrating Black History month with a series of shows presented by Mykaell Riley. In June Mykaell compiled the Windrush 75 playlist to celebrate the 75 anniversary of the arrival of the ship HMT Empire Windrush at Tilbury docks in 1948.

To round off Black History Month, Mykaell plays all 20 songs from his playlist, including tunes from Soul 2 Soul, Massive Attack, Little Simz and Craig David.
