On this episode of the podcast I got to sit down with Amira Johnson, an OT working in early intervention, and we got to dive into why early intervention is such a gift. She breaks down why it is so important, when you might want to look into it as well as where the gaps are in the current system. This episode is so important because giving parents and kids these tools before age 3 can be such a game changer! And I was so glad to get to talk about this with Amira Johnson because the OT perspective on this topic is one that I truly cherish.
