Throughout this interview Matt was drinking Lupulone's "Biotope". This Wild IPA was brewed with Saccharomyces Bruxelensis yeast & Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata hops. It was dry, earthy & 100% crushable!! It clocked in with a 6.5% ABV.
