52: I'm Arielle & I'm an Alcoholic

In this episode, I am telling you my story of addiction, trauma and recovery. After a year of recording and many requests for this topic, I figured no better time than now -- especially when so many are going through their own challenges. This episode will give you insight into my past and why I have certain perspectives and attitudes; how I overcame both addiction and major traumas; provide hope for those struggling or with loved ones going through this; and continue to debunk the myth that anybody's life is perfect!
