Charlotte Lucas is an acclaimed interior designer often highlighted in design magazines from House Beautiful to Elle Décor.  Charlotte is a dear friend of Capitol and her firm is based nearby in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Laura and Charlotte sat down after the Cara Cara launch dinner party that Charlotte co-hosted to talk interior design, growing teams, and hard work without complaint.
