Mining Disasters - Pike River Explosion and The Chilean Miners Rescue Mission

The first the catastrophic explosion of Pike River mine in New Zealand which killed 29 men. Then following up with something a bit more cheerful, the rescue of 33 Chilean miners who were stuck underground for months following a mine cave-in.
