In this episode, Chris walks through four bottles that haven't seen the light of day in a while to give them a fair review and decide whether or not to keep them. There are a couple of very pleasant surprises, with really tasty bottles that he forgot, and a couple of bittersweet goodbyes to bottles that need to move in order to make some space.
