In 1946 the twin city of Texarkana would be haunted for by a masked stalking lovers lanes for his victims. The predator's reign of terror lasted 10 weeks, creating hysteria and panic in this somewhat gentle Southern community. And it all started with an attack on two such lovers on one fateful February night...

And so begins our month long dive into 1940s crime...
