Earlier this year, I became certified in Integrated Attachment Theory coaching with Thais Gibson … and subhanAllah, it transformed how I see our insecurities, patterns, and how deeply the subconscious shapes relationships. It opened a whole door of insight into myself and even into others so my tadabbur about this ayah had me look at different types of insights.

This ayah also reminded me that Allah already gave us the ultimate insight i.e. the Qur’an.

In our new program Blessed Relationships, I bring both together, Qur’anic basīrah and evidence-based self-awareness, to help my sisters in Faith heal and level up their relationships with taqwa and understanding. (See Link Below)
