Happy Halloween to all my badass Witches out there! I decided to release an episode on Halloween to speak about some seriously scary topics (anxiety & uncertainty) and share my new and amazing W.I.T.C.H Oracle Deck. And just because it is one of my favorite holidays. I've always loved candy and loved getting into costume. Combine the 2 and you have one fabulous occasion! There also is a lot going on this time of year, when the veil is thin and transformation is lingering in the air.

On this special edition of the Identify & Heal solo episode I recognize the current cultural events of Halloween, Day of the Dead, and Samhain. Acknowledging the various themes at this time and ways to honor them. I then move into some very spooky personal experiences that most of us have; anxiety, uncertainty & fear of the unknown. I share some tips on managing these sensations yet also offer an alternative view that perhaps anxiety is the result  of doing anything worthwhile that involves risk and entails some discomfort of the unknown. Then there is the message of embracing healing chaos. Letting life mix you up a bit & break things loose!
