With a notable change in songwriting style, and various notable debuts, including Bill Shepherd’s first involvement with the Gibbs, the release of the Bee Gees’ first ‘studio’ album, and the first known lead vocal from Robin, 1965 is a year of change. The music landscape worldwide is expanding vastly, and Barry is quick to adapt and evolve his songwriting to match the new sounds of this important year in popular music.
