Where True Joy Comes From

In this message from Philippians 1, we discover that true joy doesn’t come from circumstances but from allegiance to Jesus. Paul is in prison, telling this church that every time he thinks about them he is thankful and prays for them with such joy. Joy was not a by-product. Joy was their form of resistance and strength. That same joy is available to us today.
