Why Church? - Part 4

"I love Jesus but not the church." Have you ever heard anyone say this phrase? Maybe you've personally said or felt this way. Maybe you've experienced disappointment in the church. Maybe you've experienced hurt from the church. The word "church" can bring up a variety of understandings and expectations, which can lead to misunderstandings and unmet expectations. God's word helps us understand the purpose of the church how he calls his followers to be a part of the church.
