The Truth and Nothing But? Lying and deception are common human behaviours. Until relatively recently, there has been little actual research into just how often people lie and why. In this special episode, I am joined by Dr Mircea Zloteanu a prominent lecturer in Criminal Psychology at Kingston University. His research investigates the facial, emotional and behavioural cues linked to being deceitful or truthful. Here he debunks the myths around lie detection and offers a fresh new outlook on detecting deception.
