April - 2022 Leadership Lounge, Serving Multi-generationally

Lance McKinney has been in YWAM for the last 26 years… he arrived is Spain to do a 5 month DTS and fell in love… with Spain and Tabita! Lance and Tabita have been married for 24 years and have 2 amazing children: Kevin (20 years old, working full time with his dad for the last 3 years) and Jessica (18 years old currently on outreach in the Philippines with her Fire and Fragrance DTS). Lance and Tabita are a part of YWAM Madrid and YWAM Spain’s leadership teams. They also lead the evangelistic ministry Impact World in and from Spain. They have an amazing team of 40+ full time and are seeing literally thousands come to Christ every year. Lance is committed to reaching the Lost, inspiring and challenging the church and raising up a radical generation of Christ followers.
