Ownership: “An attitude of accepting responsibility for something & taking charge of how it develops.” To accept responsibility is a question of the heart. Casting a specific vision for an event or project, how do you get people to take ownership of the vision: Foundation is to be aligned to the apostolic vision of our mission and our values, and accountable to our apostolic leaders.
