Leadership Lounge 6 - Fiona Gifford sharing about leadership for the ELLC

Fiona Gifford gave a stimulating interview with the ELLC Leadership Lounge. During it she touched on two issues that this clip shows. She spoke about “Adrenaline junkies”, leaders who don’t know how to pause. She also spoke about a conference she ran in the early 2000’s. It responded to a message Loren gave where he said YWAM needed to move ahead with three strands. These strands were about including the indigenous leaders, including women and including young people.
