61 | Taking a Break: Why September Is My Social Media Sabbatical

Did you know that negative thoughts can actually change your brain chemistry? With everything happening in the world right now, it’s no surprise so many of us are feeling overwhelmed and struggling with mental health.

For a while now, I’ve felt God gently—and then clearly—calling me to take a break from social media. His voice has grown too loud to ignore, so I’ve decided to spend September stepping back from the scroll and stepping deeper into prayer and rest.

Don’t worry—I’m not disappearing completely! The podcast will still be here for you every Wednesday, so I’ll still be in your earbuds with encouragement and hope.
