New Year’s Eve has a very specific energy. It’s quiet - but tense. Like the whole world is holding its breath.
This is the night people take inventory.
Where they thought they’d be.
What didn’t happen.
What still feels unfinished.
And somewhere in that reflection, a familiar thought appears:
I should be further by now.
In this episode, I want to gently dismantle the pressure that so often hijacks the start of a new year - and offer a different way to begin again.
This is not an episode about resolutions, discipline, or reinventing yourself overnight.
It’s about:
- Why urgency often comes from shame, not motivation
- Why rebuilding your life starts with safety, not force
- How to begin again without abandoning yourself
- What aligned change actually feels like in the body
- And why you don’t need closure to move forward
If you’re ending this year with unanswered questions, loose ends, or a sense of being “behind,” this conversation is for you.
You don’t need to become someone else tonight.
You don’t need to figure everything out.
And you don’t need to perform optimism about your future.
You’re allowed to begin again - slowly, honestly, and without pressure.
This episode is an invitation to arrive exactly where you are and start from there.
