What does it mean to live from the heart—not only in meditation, but when life challenges you?

In this episode of Awakening with Natalie Namaste, Natalie welcomes spiritual teacher and channeler Eluña Noelle for a deeply personal conversation about spiritual awakening, unity consciousness, emotional alchemy, and the evolution of consciousness.

Together, they explore how to recognize spiritual narratives that reinforce fear and separation, cultivate discernment, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Eluña shares her personal approach to working with difficult emotions through movement, breathwork, meditation, and conscious awareness, while Natalie reflects on remaining present during triggering conversations.

The conversation also explores inherited patterns, compassion, personal empowerment, and the difference between understanding love intellectually and embodying it in everyday life.

In the final part of the episode, Eluña shares her spiritual perspective on plasma consciousness, the heart center, and the mysterious blue beings she describes encountering since childhood—including why she now understands them as connected to humanity’s future.

In this episode, we explore:
✨Spiritual discernment and questioning “us versus them” narratives
✨Unity consciousness, polarity, and living from the heart
✨Inner alchemy and transforming your relationship with difficult emotions
✨Meditation, breathwork, movement, and embodied spiritual practice
✨Inherited trauma, personal experience, and inner wisdom
