49. Joanna's Natural Birth After 2 Medicated Births

Hi everyone!

Joanna joins us to talk about her third birth. Her first two births were medicated, although the epidural didn't really take! During her pregnancies she did want to try for natural births, but says she wasn't really prepared mentally. She did the research before her third labor by talking with friends who've been through it and listening to podcasts (like this one!) and had the beautiful unmedicated birth she wanted!
