We discuss the often controversial opinion that this sequel is better than the original, we compare it with 28 Days Later in terms of story continuation, characterisation, rage monsters and how it could reflect on the upcoming sequel.  We also discuss some of the background and behind the scenes of the film for some context of the final product.
