003: Lauren Learns Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 // Cries in Public

This week we talk about Lauren's peaceful and transformative experience during a 2-day Reiki class. And yes, there were tears. She's now a certified Reiki Level 2 healer, but not without some awkward crying.  We delve into the world of healing, and hear what she learned about Usui Holy Fire Reiki.

Lauren talks about learning to send Reiki from a distance and how she uses her new "powers" (her word, not an actual term) to help relax their daughter before bed.
