Spoiler Note
Today’s episode includes major spoilers for The Marlow Murder Club Season 1 Episodes 3 & 4. Since we are wrapping up the first mystery of the series, I’ll be discussing suspects, clues, motives, and the Season 1 finale reveal.
In today’s Cozy Mystery Thursday episode, we’re heading back to Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England for Episodes 3 and 4 of The Marlow Murder Club, the PBS Masterpiece mystery starring Samantha Bond, Jo Martin, Cara Horgan, and Natalie Dew.
As the Faith, Hope, and Charity murders continue to unfold, Judith, Suzie, and Becks officially join the investigation as civilian advisors. With forged wills, hidden paintings, rowing rivalries, Freemason connections, and a killer closing in, the trio races to uncover the truth before another victim is claimed.
We’re talking female empowerment, amateur sleuthing, village secrets, one of the strongest mystery reveals I’ve seen lately, and why this series has quickly become one of my favorite cozy mysteries.

Mini Book Review
The Murder of Mr. Ma by John Shen Yen Nee & S.J. Rozan
Rating: 3.5/5
A Sherlock Holmes-inspired historical mystery set in 1920s London that explores Chinese immigrant life, prejudice, war trauma, and social justice themes. Not quite my preferred style of mystery, but I appreciated the history and research that went into it.
