Social anxiety is not a flaws it's a nervous system response.
In this episode, I explore anxiety as sensation rather than story, how it lives in the body, why it tightens, and how it forms through lived experience, collective instability, and loss of safety.
I share my own experience of losing my home and business during Covid, navigating pregnancy in uncertainty, and how anxiety shaped my relationships and sense of control.
We move through the nervous system, the spiritual dimension of fragmentation and return, and practical ways to regulate gently through breath, grounded movement, plant allies, and low pressure connection.
The intention is not to force ourselves back into the world, but to practice discernment, to know when anxiety is asking for protection and when it is asking for slow re entry, and to reweave gently to one another in ways that feel safe and honest.
