Back in episode 16 in July 2020, we spoke to Bianca Welsh about mental health in hospitality. The Launceston restaurateur makes a welcome return to Dirty Linen to discuss a new study. Deputy's "The Big Shift" report found 93% of Australian workers think emotional and mental wellbeing is as important as pay. Bianca talks about creating a positive environment for workers and how she was able to stress test it from the inside when faced with her own traumatic event this year.
