Chris Lerch is co-owner of Lagoon Dining in Carlton, a modern Asian restaurant which opened in late 2019. Despite the difficulties of the pandemic, Lagoon has developed a strong Melbourne following and a considered identity, adapting pillars of fine dining for a more casual experience.
