Our week focusing on representation in hospitality continues. We chat with Jason Chang, a new councillor for the City of Melbourne. Jason owns Calia restaurants in the city and Chadstone and believes that small business needs great representation in the political sphere - especially now, during a pandemic. As well as advocating for hospitality, Jason is proud to represent the city's Asian population and will stand tall to fight the racism that his community experiences.
