Jinal Desai bought Carousel Ice Cream Cakes in 2019, not realising that the decades-old Melbourne brand had fans from the 1980s and onwards. Tapping into nostalgia and current trends, she has never regretted the leap from corporate to food and has words of advice for others considering a career change.
