Today we chat to experienced baker and chef Rod Shokuhi, who is currently keeping things ticking along at Beasley's Tea House in Melbourne's Doncaster. Rod had a very difficult customer a few hours before we chatted. He uses it as a teaching moment, explaining his attitude and approach to aggression in the dining room.
