After having an average experience eating Jamaican food at a festival Brian Johnson (Jammin’ Jerk) suddenly got an urge to try and do it better. He delved into the food of his heritage and soon discovered the complexities and challenges of dishing up food of a high standard. But after trial and error, he’s become one of the best producers of Jamaican Jerk spice rubs and hot sauces downunder.
