The co-owner of Herbie’s SpiceS has been immersed in food since he was a small child and he’s built a life and career in flavour that’s been fruitful not just for himself but for all those who have learnt and enjoyed alongside him. Enthusiastic and endlessly interested, Herbie is as adept at chatting about the history of cloves or coriander as he is about how to use them.
