Ep 111: What If They Think I'm Crazy? The Fear of Trusting Your Intuition

Have you ever worried that if you told people what you were experiencing, they might think you were crazy?

In this episode, Tabs explores how the labels we hear growing up can quietly shape the way we experience intuition, mediumship, and spiritual development later in life.

Inspired by a recent conversation with a client who realized she had a deep fear of being labelled “crazy,” Tabs shares how watching intuitive family members be dismissed, questioned, or told they had an overactive imagination can create beliefs we carry for years without realizing it.

Tabs also shares her own realization that she had been avoiding another label: witch. Where did that fear come from? And how much of what we associate with words like crazy, witch, weird, or psychic actually comes from family, culture, history, movies, and the stories we've been taught?

This episode is about recognizing the labels you may still be afraid of, questioning where those fears came from, and deciding whether they still deserve a place in your life.

Because sometimes what holds us back from trusting our intuition isn't the connection itself.

It's the fear of what someone else might call us.
