In this first episode of my Peru series, I'm sharing a new approach to energy healing that I began exploring with Jeff before our trip. From working with his chronic back pain to experimenting with energy during our flights, receiving an unexpected hand gesture, and watching how Jeff felt after more than 120 kilometres of hiking and walking through Peru, this experience has left me with plenty of questions. I'm sharing what I tried, what we noticed, and why I'm curious to keep exploring, without claiming to have all the answers. Sometimes the most interesting part of a spiritual journey is discovering something you never expected to explore.
