Howdy, friends! It’s that time of the year again where my Pop and I get ready to brew our annual batch of Imperial Coffee Stout, which is a homage to the legendary Breakfast Stout made famous by @FoundersBrewingCo . Before our #brewday though, I wanted to chat with an expert on some coffee basics which helped lead me to choosing this year’s bean/roast for our 2024 batch.
It was such a blast chatting with my buddy Kevin Carswell ( @MochasandJavas ) and learning some overview information on coffee in general. If you’re ever in my town, San Marcos, TX, I highly encourage you to go check out of of Mochas and Javas many locations. There’s a good chance you’re going to run into me there as well!
