Calling all leaders, even if you don't think you are one, you need to be one!

But you can only have ONE LEADER, RIGHT?! How can everyone be a leader  on a small team? Simple, Small Team - Stuff to do - Everyone takes  ownership and gets it done! How to set up smaller remote teams so that  everyone has autonomy, ownership, and direction. Create a highly  functioning team of owners and drivers even if they are just used to IC  (individual contribution).
