This week, I'm talking to Dr. Uchenna “UC†Ossai. Dr. UC is a sex-positive pelvic health physical therapist and sexuality educator and counselor. She's an assistant professor at the University of Texas Dell Medical School and also serves as pelvic health program manager at UT Health Austin. Dr. UC is one of few licensed physical therapists in the world with an AASECT certification in sexuality counseling and the only Black physical therapist with this specific designation. 

In this episode, Dr. UC and I discuss pelvic floor therapy, sexual communication, orgasms (having them/not having them/faking them), painful sex, libido, and why penetration is not the gold standard of sex.
