Initially hospitalized and diagnosed as bipolar, Levy discovered that what the medical establishment labeled as mental illness was actually an introduction to the dream-like nature of reality. Drawing from Tibetan Buddhism, Jungian psychology, and quantum physics, he explains that we are "co-dreaming" our world into materialization.

He identifies a collective mind virus called "Wetiko" that blinds humanity to its own creative power, causing us to unconsciously manifest our own suffering. Levy argues that quantum physics acts as a modern-day "Terma" or spiritual treasure, empirically proving that our observations actively give birth to reality. By integrating our traumas through the "shamanic archetype" and tapping into our inherent creativity, he suggests we can wake up within the dream to avert catastrophe and reclaim our true nature.
