We all know that horse rider is a high risk sport or hobbie but do we all know what to do if we or one of our friends has an accident? Would you remove their hat?

Whilst many riders may worry about spinal injuries Liz and Nisha share some stats about head injuries which are the most common injury within the equestrian community.
