Gabrielle Hansen's Story: You Were Always A Good Seed

Gabrielle grew up in a deeply religious LDS home, but from a young age, she often felt like being herself meant disappointing God. In this conversation, she shares her journey from rebellious teenage years, to serving a mission, marriage and motherhood, and eventually beginning to untangle God from religion and other people’s expectations. We talk about learning to trust yourself, questioning beliefs without abandoning God, living in the uncomfortable middle, allowing your children to choose their own path, and discovering that your desires and intuition may actually be one of the ways God speaks to you.
