59. El Chapo’s Wife, Emma Coronel Aispuro

Emma Coronel Aispuro, wife of infamous Mexican drug lord, El Chapo, had a front row seat and hands-on dealings with millions of drug dollars. She recently plead guilty to federal money laundering, conspiracy and drug charges. Federal prosecutors deride her defense attorney’s claims that she was “minimally involved,” stating they have proof she masterminded the daring tunnel escape and gave El Chapo a GPS device concealed in food she brought to him in jail. Here to dissect her charges is veteran Federal Prosecutor, Richard Gregorie, and Criminal Defense Attorney, Joe Rosenbaum.
