Throughout my life I was exposed to a diverse range of healers learning from their work with prayer, herbs, sound, art, energy, massage and ceremony.

 I became a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula through the East Bay Community Birth Support Project assisting families in Oakland who were homeless, recently incarcerated and otherwise without resources for healthy pregnancy and birth. 

I moved to El Paso in 2014 to continue this birth work journey by studying under licensed midwives at Maternidad La Luz and Luna Tierra. I completed my massage therapy program through El Paso Community College where we were trained in Swedish massage, reflexology, prenatal, joint mobilization, hot stone and hydrotherapy.
