644. The NDE Life Review: Why Clearing Beliefs Matters More Than You Think

What if what people see when they die shows you how to live right now?

In this Soul Elevation solo, Kara explores what near death experiences (NDE) from around the world all point back to, and why clearing emotional baggage and old beliefs matters more than you think. Drawing on reports of the NDE life review, life after death accounts, and what happens after death teachings, she breaks down the one truth experiencers agree on: how we carry energy, judgment, and unfinished emotion shapes our soul journey.

You'll learn why emotional healing and letting go of the past are central to spiritual awakening, how beliefs act like filters on your consciousness, and simple ways to start releasing what weighs you down.

Kara also shares two mind-blowing stories of interconnection as a powerful aside — living proof of afterlife oneness and why love is what remains.

This episode is your guide on near death experience lessons, the life after death perspective on healing, or how to lighten your energy for ascension.
