645. Reincarnation Explained: Why Your Challenges Are No Mistake

Why do we reincarnate, and what do our hardest challenges and seeming mistakes have to do with it?

In this Soul Elevation episode, Kara Goodwin explores reincarnation as a tool for soul growth and ascension, not punishment. Discover how past lives, karma, soul contracts, and your soul plan shape the relationships, patterns, and life lessons you face now, and why nothing in your journey is truly a mistake.

Learn how past life regression memories, life after death insights, and spiritual awakening teachings reveal the deeper purpose behind adversity. If you've ever asked why you chose difficult family dynamics, painful endings, or repeating cycles, this conversation will help you see your challenges as chosen initiations for ascension.

Join in to reframe your story, release shame around the past, and step into higher consciousness with clarity and self-compassion.
