408 — The Case Against Believing Anything You Hear On This Episode With Erick Godsey

2 tim 26 min28 juli 2026

Living the life of your dreams is very hard work.

Paul believes much of that hard work comes from being open (and brave) to listen to new and different ideas — things you may never have considered before — then testing them in your own laboratory of daily living to see if they’re true and they work for you.

Having the courage to explore and refine your life by doing the hard work of letting go of the stuff that isn’t working for you and choosing to allow the new in is a recurring theme in this week’s Spirit Gym conversation with Erick Godsey, a Master Coach and teacher of myth, science and philosophy.

Remember, the best teachers you’ll ever have are the ones who are always challenging you to be your best you, not a clone or cult member!
