8 Months Postpartum: An Honest Check-In (Solo Episode)

Seven months postpartum, and I’m finally starting to feel a little more like myself- but motherhood has a funny way of making every step back toward yourself feel complicated. In this solo episode, I’m sharing an honest update on where I am now: taking my first girls’ trip without my daughter, navigating the guilt of going back to work, rebuilding my strength after pregnancy and a C-section, and realizing just how long “postpartum” can actually last.
We talk about the pressure to be everything at once, why taking care of yourself can feel strangely selfish after becoming a mom, and the village that’s made it possible for me to find a rhythm that finally feels sustainable.
