Trying harder isn't getting you to your next level. Meet the version of you who doesn't have to try, and the desire that keeps coming back.

In a morning meditation, Amy was shown two versions of herself: the trying self, who is frantically making things happen from the known paradigm, and the remembered self, who knows she's part of the source she's been seeking. This channeled, cup-of-tea episode explores which one is leading your life right now, and why you can't solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created it.

✨ IN THIS EPISODE

- Why trying harder keeps you circling in the same paradigm

- Why "I don't know how" is the conditioned identity talking, and why the how is none of her business

- The desire that keeps boomeranging back to you (it's not wishful thinking)

- How to demote the old boss and bring the remembered self forward

- Why fear will always show up at the edge, and how to move anyway

- Why "delusion" is really just getting out of the illusion
