In a spontaneous meditation, I found myself back in the front yard of my childhood home, meeting a younger version of me. I had so much I wanted to tell her. But what surprised me was how much she had to remind me of, too.

Her joy. Her curiosity. Her freedom before she began questioning whether being herself was enough.

In this personal episode of The Abundance Club, I share what I told her—and the wisdom I’m still learning to live through seasons of change, uncertainty and becoming.

We explore:

• Letting go of proving, people-pleasing and seeking permission.
• Being loving and sensitive while honouring your boundaries.
